If you do need to cut to length, then we advise the use of a nail clipper as this provides a clean cut. They screw together ANTI-CLOCKWISE and can be unscrewed if required.

First twist Band to the right 2 - 3 revolutions: to join the Band, place the tapered end into the other end and turn 2 - 3 revolutions so that the windings of the Band interlock. Got it!
