Delivery Prices for Mamod and other items

We endevour to make the packaging and delivery charge as low as possible to maintain the reality of overall discount prices. It's no help to anyone if the item price is low and p&p costs disproportionately high.

We have developed a formula for this which provides you with the lowest delivery charge possible but still makes it worth our while sending out these items!

We make a  £2.00 minimum charge per order plus a further £0.10 for additional items.  Yes, we do charge a bit more for heavy items and the actual amount is shown to you at the Checkout before payment is required.

Mamod models and some accessories are sent by a courier at a very competitive price. Delivery is very quick and safe this way. These items must be signed for upon receipt at your shipping address to ensure a secure delivery.

Of course, our customers in the European mainland are charged more owing to the higher postal rates to cross the Channel from England

Overseas customers from the USA to Australia get charged the most and in particular heavy engines really do increase the cost to us from the Royal Mail. However, we keep this cost down to a minumum but the combination of miles and heavy weight is not a happy one!
