However, there are times when demand exceeds supply in which case
we notify our customers by email or telephone in the event of a short
delay.
Is it
really Mamod?
Some retailers list so called "Mamod" spares but they are not the
genuine Mamod item. For example, a "high performance
piston/cylinder unit" is not made by Mamod, in which case it will not
be listed amongst our genuine Mamod products (this does not mean it is
inferior of course).
