Mamod spares etc are available as either "after market" products or "direct from Mamod Ltd". We specialise in both. Over the years we have worked with several small engineering businesses to suggest new enhancements for Mamod engines.

These are still available along with many others developed by those small business owners who have worked hard to design and manufacture many interesting additional items for the Mamod range.

New models are still available direct from Mamod Ltd but we concentrate on spares for all Mamod engines.

A useful service we provide is free technical advice.

There is no such thing as a stupid question and we are happy to hear from you however simple you think your question is. Someone recently asked us how to put water into the boiler. If you don't know the answer that would ruin the hobby! So a quick reply sorted out the mystery.

Pretty much we do everything Mamod - apart from selling brand new Mamod engines.

Mamod engines have been around since the 1930s and some from that era are still owned and run by people like you and me. The great thing is that they are not too expensive to own and always spares can be found.

It's a really nice hobby to own and maintain a Mamod steam engine. And you'll be amazed at how many people are involved - it even has its own forum on the web.
