This is where you can get an additional flavour of some of your favourite engines - a bit of an information pack.

TE1
1963 Introduced. Similar to SR1 but with longer boiler, die-spoked wheels, exhaust throttle, finished in red, green and black with cream canopy, cardboard carton, price 99s 6d.
1965 Pop rivets replace most screw fixings, price £5 5s (bit of an increase!).

TE1A
1967  Reverse/ speed control, price £5 19s 6d.
1968 Blue printed carton.
1972 Spring lever whistle, white painted carton, price £7.55.
1976 Solid fuel burner standard
1978 Boiler sight glass, light grey printed carton.
1993 Special version for mail order company with polished boiler, brown wheels and canopy (680 made).

TW1K
1982 Introduced 9with log wagon) using SA1 wheels SA1 flywheel, no canopy, finished in yellow and black.

TE1AB
1995 Introduced, as above but cream canopy. Special version for US mail order company in standard colours but with cream wheels.
