This steering wheel with column is fitted to the SA1 range of vehicles. It is all very well made and will last in good condition for many many years. This type was introduced early 2020.
TRACTION ENGINE or STEAM WAGON
These 2020+ forks have a threaded rod that passes up through the chimney to which can be attached a Steering Rod.

Don't lose confidence in your self just because you knackered the other one when you dropped the engine through the loft hatch and it fell eight feet onto the upstairs landing causing the wife to yell up the stairs.... "What the hell are you up to now". A familiar refrain eh?
