As part of your major renovation project, you will now need a new one of these. It will look so clean, tidy and new!

My engineer tells me that they are that tight. He always neatly removes the green paint area that is hidden by the smoke box. Then it has to be carefully tapped on with a piece of wood. And then of course drilled and riveted in place.
